Export newsletter sign-ups

All your newsletter sign-ups live in one place, whether they came through your own newsletter widget or a Newsletter Bundle you're part of.

1. Open the menu in the top-right corner and choose Newsletter exports.

2. Pick a Source: everything, your newsletter widget, or one specific bundle (live or archived).

3. Click Export all to download everyone, or Export new sign-ups to get only the people you haven't exported yet.

Good to know:

• Each email appears once per newsletter. If someone signed up through several sources, the sources column lists them all.

• "New" leaves out anyone you've already exported, from any source. Missed a download? Export all always gets everyone.

• We show when you last exported each source, so you never have to guess.

• A value that starts with +, -, = or @ gets a leading ' so spreadsheets don't run it as a formula. Remove it before importing that row.

Rather not export by hand? Connect your publication or sync sign-ups with Zapier or a webhook.

Export Bundle Pass purchases

Bundle Pass purchases aren't part of the newsletter export. Each Bundle Pass has its own.

1. Go to Growth.

2. Find the Bundle Pass under Collaborations and click View bundle.

3. Scroll to Export Purchase Data.

4. Optionally set a Start Date and End Date.

5. Click Export to CSV.

The file contains the purchase data for that collaboration.
