Update your name or email

1. Open the menu in the top-right corner and choose Account settings.

2. Open the Account tab.

To change your name, edit the Full Name field and save.

To change your email:

1. Click Change Email.

2. Enter your new email address and your password.

3. Click Send Verification Email.

4. Open the email we send to your new address and confirm the change.

Until you confirm, your old address stays active. Changed your mind? You can cancel the request from the same tab.

Reset your password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?

2. Enter the email address your account uses.

3. Click Send Reset Link and follow the link in the email.

No email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the address you signed up with.

Delete your account

Write to us at support@trustfnd.com from the email address your account uses, and we'll delete it for you.

Before you do, two things worth knowing:

• If you only want to stop paying, you can cancel your subscription and keep your account.

• If you're part of a live bundle, give your collaborators a heads-up first.
