Edit, unpublish or archive a collaboration
Open the manage page, rename a bundle, change its settings or your offering, take it offline, or archive it.
How do I open a bundle's manage page?
Go to Growth and find the bundle under Collaborations.
Open its ⋯ menu and choose Manage bundle. If you joined someone else's bundle, the menu item is called Bundle details.
The manage page has five panels: Collaborators, Details, Share links, Upgrade offers (for Bundle Passes) and Admin.
How do I rename a collaboration?
A catchy title helps. If you're the organizer, you can change it any time.
On the manage page, click the pencil icon next to the Public Title.
Type the new name and save. Titles can be up to 33 characters long.
Changed your mind? Click the revert icon next to the title to go back to the default one.
How do I change the discount or Pass length?
If you're the organizer of a Bundle Pass, go to the Details panel and click Edit collaboration. You're taken back to the setup, where you can change the discount, the Pass length, the free month and the name. Click Update when you're done.
How do I change the publication or tier I contribute?
Bundle Pass: in the Details panel, click Edit your offering, pick a different publication or tier, and click Save changes. If the bundle is already live, the change applies to new buyers only. Anyone who already bought keeps what they purchased.
Newsletter Bundle: in the Details panel, click Edit your publication and pick the publication you'd like to contribute.
How do I unpublish a collaboration?
Unpublishing hides your bundle from the public. It's reversible, so it's the right choice when you want a pause.
On the manage page, in the Admin panel, click Unpublish collaboration and confirm.
To bring it back, return to the same panel and click Publish collaboration.
Only the organizer can unpublish, and it takes the bundle offline for every collaborator, not only for you. You need to be verified to publish.
How do I archive a collaboration?
Archiving is for bundles that have run their course. It hides the bundle from the public and stops all activity.
On the manage page, in the Admin panel, click Archive collaboration (shown in red) and confirm.
You'll find archived bundles on Growth: switch from Live bundles to Archived bundles. Your numbers stay there for you to look at.
To bring one back, open the archived bundle's manage page and click Unarchive collaboration. That restores it, so you can publish it again.
Only the organizer can archive a bundle. Looking to leave a bundle you joined instead? See How do I leave a collaboration?
